All Sales Are Final
- All sales made through The Luxcious Hair are final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error occurs on out part. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure all details are correct.
- The Luxcious Hair is not responsible for buyer's remorse. We encourage customers to make purchases only when they are 100% confident in their selection.
Shipping Issues

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Luxcious Hair is not responsible for stolen, lost, or delayed packages. At that point, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Luxcious Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. At that point, the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility to track and communicate directly with the carrier for any delivery issues or claims.
- We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier immediately if your package appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
Shipping Address Policy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your package is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any address changes or re-route packages. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order. In such cases, a new order must be placed
