Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes! All of our bundles are 100% premium human hair with full cuticles aligned. There are no synthetic fibers, no acid baths, and the hair is completely unprocessed for a soft, natural feel.
Can the hair be dyed, bleached, or permed?
Absolutely! Because our hair is 100% human, you can dye, bleach, or perm it just like your own. We recommend having all chemical services done by a professional stylist to maintain the hair’s quality and longevity.
Will your hair hold curls well?
Yes ! our hair holds curls beautifully even after washing. You may notice a slight drop in curl pattern over time, but it will still maintain its shape and bounce with proper care.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
A small amount of shedding is normal, similar to natural hair. To minimize shedding, we recommend sealing your wefts before installation and using a wide-tooth comb for detangling.
Our hair is made with intact cuticles, so tangling is rare. However, lack of moisture, product buildup, or improper care can cause tangles. Always keep your extensions clean, conditioned, and detangled daily to keep them looking their best.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last up to 1–2 years or more. Longevity depends on how often you wear it and how well it’s maintained — gentle handling and consistent conditioning go a long way!
Can I straighten curly or wavy textures?
Yes, you can flat-iron our curly or wavy textures. After washing, they’ll return to their natural pattern. Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant to preserve the hair’s quality.
How many bundles do I need for a full look?
For lengths under 18 inches, we recommend 2–3 bundles for a natural fullness. For longer lengths (20–30 inches), 3–4 bundles will give a fuller, more luxurious look.
Can I color the hair myself?
You can, but for best results, we always suggest having a licensed stylist do the coloring to prevent over-processing or uneven tones.
What are your shipping methods?
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery.
How long will it take to receive my package?
• U.S. Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
• International Shipping: Packages usually arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on customs and local delivery times.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express Shipping is available Monday through Thursday for faster delivery. Express orders placed after Thursday will be processed the following business day.
